Tablas Creek 2011 Esprit de Tablas Blanc White (Paso Robles)

The blend is Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Picpoul Blanc. The wine is bone dry and nicely acidic, with a burst of stony minerality accompanying Meyer lemon, orange rind, subtle green bean, vanilla and white pepper flavors. It's complex but aloof. Don't drink it too cold.
