Tablas Creek 2018 Dianthus Rosé (Adelaida District)

A richer shade of pink, this blend of 51% Mourvèdre, 39% Grenache and 10% Counoise is surprisingly quite light on the nose, showing red plum and cherry. There is chalky texture on the sip, with red-plum and gravel flavors. Matt Kettmann
