Tahbilk 2017 Estate Grown and Bottled Viognier (Nagambie Lakes)

A charming wine from a historic Victorian winery, the nose is perfumed in tones of ripe stone fruits, florals and sun-kissed grapes. The grape's characteristic oiliness is out in full force on the palate, but there's a good deal of acidity to cope with the weight and fruit bowl flavors. Tones of ginger and white pepper ring on the finish. Christina Pickard
