Talley 1999 Rincon Vineyard Pinot Noir (Arroyo Grande Valley)

Incredibly complex and young. It's got that sappy feel you get fresh from the fermenter, overlaid with the best smoky oak. The black cherry core of fruit is promising. Dry and tart, it should soften up and gain complexity in the cellar, and become absolutely first rate. Try after 2002.
