Talley 2004 Stone Corral Vineyard Pinot Noir (Edna Valley)

This is the first Talley Pinot I've had from this vineyard, which is in Edna Valley. It shows young vine fruit, bright in cherries, raspberries and cola, with a deeper, earthier streak of dark chocolate and soy-splashed wild mushrooms. This is a wine to watch, as the vines gain age.
