This study of restraint shows a bit of beet juice and cherry blossom at first on the nose. With patience, red currant and more purple fruits settle in alongside brown spice. The fruit flavors range delicately from cranberry to pomegranate to black raspberry, with lots of interesting tension and black peppercorn spice on the palate.
