Tamber Bey 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon (Oakville)

Very, very ripe, with blackberry flavors that veer into currants and almost into raisins. Yet the wine remains dry and balanced. The tannins are thick and sturdy, the acidity keen and sharp. Obviously youthful, this wine will benefit from short-term aging. Best after 2007.
