Tamber Bey 2009 Deux Chevaux Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (Yountville)

Ever since Tamber Bey made the switch from Oakville fruit to their vineyard in Yountville, their Cabernets have dropped in quality. This '09 is dry, tannic and uninteresting, with a harshness that makes it difficult to appreciate the blackberry and cherry fruit.
