Dusty, leesy aromas of vanilla bean, banana and saline set up a snappy palate with flavors of citrus, papaya and nut skins. On the finish, this blend of Chardonnay and Viura offers easy flavors of papaya, melon and almond. Despite being barrel fermented, this is decidedly not oaky. Michael Schachner
