Produced from ungrafted Chardonnay planted on sandy soil to escape phylloxera. Based on the 2000 vintage, the wine has a rich, mature feel, very pure in character along with a touch of minerality. Crisp, with citrusy acidity giving a fine, bright aftertaste.
