Lots to recommend in this dry, complex and delicious Cabernet. It's jam-packed with flavors of blackberries and cherries, while oak aging lends a smoky jacket of charred wood. It has fine minerality, like a taste of granite that undergirds the richness. The tannins are considerable, but finely ground. Drink now, after decanting the wine for a few hours; it should develop throughout the next 8–10 years.
