Te Pa 2017 Pinot Noir Rosé (Marlborough)

This ballerina pink-hued rosé is fermented and aged in oak. The oak influence is subtle, showing not in flavor but in texture, giving the wine a soft, creamy feel that's nicely balanced by crunchy acidity. Bright strawberry, guava and floral notes offer something that's not overly complicated but completely enjoyable. Christina Pickard
