This black-colored wine is dense, cool and collected on the nose, where earthy, loamy black-fruit aromas hold court. This is huge in the mouth, almost to the point of being syrupy. Dense flavors of ripe blackberry come with chocolate, caramel, vanilla and toasted accents, while the finish is rich like cassis liqueur. Drink this fully ripe Uco Valley Malbec before 2016.
