Tenuta di Trecciano 2009 Daniello Red (Toscana)

This blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon is aged for two years in barriques and has predictable aromas and flavors of black cherry, red currant, oak and vanilla. It doesn't have much complexity but it's soft, easy to drink and cries out for food. Kerin O’Keefe
