Tequila Tezon Anejo 100% Agave Tequila

The lively brine and pepper opening aroma is zesty and a little smoked; later sniffings detect kippers, green olives, steamed asparagus, light caramel and a trace of honey. The palate entry is delicately sweet and honeyed; at midpalate the oak influence shows in the forms of vanilla and maple. Concludes classy, smooth and gently sweet. P.P.
