This is a light and easy-sipping wine. Floral, apple and lightly herbaceous aromas lead to generous fruit flavors like Pippin apples and white peaches while a good balance of crispness and richness shapes the mouthfeel. Jim Gordon

I enjoy Chenin Blanc (Berringer) for its subtle aroma and slight sweetness and Viognier (Honeymoon ) for its subtle aroma, so I thought this blend of viognier and chenin blanc would have those same characteristics. It doesn't. The wine is somewhat tart and slightly acidic, with almost no sweetness. I wonder if this is due to a different manner of aging .
