Terrabianca 1999 Scassino (Chianti Classico)

The bouquet is round and friendly, with a full offering of cherry. The palate follows suit, delivering some earth alongside cherry and strawberry. The finish is equally friendly, and not ponderous or heavy. From start to finish it flows without flaws, even if it never quite rises to a higher status. —M.S. Michael Schachner
