Recent vintages from TerraNoble have taken on a very roasted, demanding sort of personality. This Cabernet is toasted to the max, with burnt, crusty aromas. In the mouth, it's much fruitier than you might expect but narrow, with firm tannins giving bite to the cherry, cassis and chocolate flavors. Riles up the palate and even tastes a bit herbal (10% Carmenère may be the culprit).
