This perfumed wine comes from a limestone-rich region on the southeastern edge of South Australia. It sees partial fermentation in large oak barrels and time on lees aging in stainless steel and oak. The result is pretty floral aromas along with orange peel, grapefruit, figs and white spice. The mouthfeel is slightly chalky and textural, lifted by zingy acidity and lots more citrusy fruit. It's a clean and likable drop. Christina Pickard
