This is a dark, sauvage, Cote-Rotie style of Syrah. It's full bodied, with tannins that have been tamed from the mountain fruit. Slightly warmer than some of Terre Rouge's others, the finish is lusty and packed with peppery spice. It would pair well with an equally gamy stew.
