The tightest and leanest of Testarossa's amazing array of single-vineyard Chards, this wine from downright cold hills in northern Monterey County has underlying flavors of citrus, flint, mineral and apple, softened by considerable oak. Lees also make a starring appearance. Not flamboyant, but very well-crafted in its own right.
