Though not planted until 2001, the east-facing Lone Oak Vineyard is adjacent to the legendary vines of Garys' and Rosella's. The nose conveys lemon-lime soda and white rock minerality, and flavors combine baked apple, yeasty bread and lime. Bright acidity exhilarates the tongue, making a perfect partner for a lunch of shellfish, halibut or chicken salad.
