A nod to this winery being the 107th ever bonded in the country, this widely available bottling is a good deal. It opens with dried sage, tart cherry and pomegranate aromas, which lead into a light and airy palate full of cranberry fruit and garrigue notes, especially lavender and fennel pollen. Matt Kettmann
