Tête Brulée 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon (Mount Veeder)

Lush in blackberries and cassis, with richer depths of melted dark chocolate and plenty of smoky cedar from new oak. Yet seems strangely one-dimensional, a wine that palls after a sip or two.
