Textbook 2007 Mise en Place Cabernet Sauvignon (Oakville)

Cellar Selection

Tastes young and vigorous and almost rude in youth, offering strong, extracted blackberry, cherry and raspberry flavors. The tannins have sharp elbows, and the oak is entirely unintegrated. Seems altogether immature. Give it a good five years in the cellar, and try again.
