The Australian Herbal Liqueur

The nosing passes find assertive aromas of peppermint and eucalyptus. The palate entry is reminiscent of mouthwash or cough lozenges, but is clean and refreshing; by midpalate the peppermint dominates to the near-exclusion of the eucalyptus. The pleasant finish is crisp, acidic, and citrusy. I suggest serving on its own over ice with a twist of lemon. P.P.
