Reductive aromas are at the forefront of this wine, causing significant distraction. Beyond that are notes of black pepper, cherry and herb. Silky soft, light-bodied, energetic flavors follow. It's a wine that absolutely hums with energy, but the reduction is too great to overcome. Time will tell if it integrates. Sean P. Sullivan
