The Farm Winery 2016 LPF Red (Adelaida District)

Black-tea, dark-elderberry and tart blackberry aromas show on the nose of this blend of 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec. The palate is also a tad tart, with black-plum skin, more wild elderberry and a bit of tarragon. Matt Kettmann
