Brisk hits of cherry and hibiscus are surrounded by more leathery tones of smoked meat on the nose of this blend of 50% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre and 20% Syrah. The core flavors of red cherry and raspberry are lifted by toasted sage and seared pork, providing the lighter bodied wine with lots of intrigue. Matt Kettmann
