The Four Graces 2003 Pinot Gris (Willamette Valley)

This has a flavor of fresh cut Bartlett pear that is almost beyond belief; it's like pear juice without the conversion to wine. It leads into a very floral, fruity and exceedingly soft finish, with a hint of honey. Paul Gregutt
