The Four Graces 2015 Doe Ridge Pinot Noir (Yamhill-Carlton)

The mouthfeel is quite chalky, and flavors of earth, tea, tobacco and charcoal dominate. The resulting astringency seems to thin out the fruit. This might best be drunk with a big, fatty protein entrée. Paul Gregutt
