The Girls in the Vineyard 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon (Red Hills)

This is a full-bodied and moderately tannic wine, smelling smoky, minty and fruity. It tastes concentrated and feels firm and nicely tannic on the tongue. Not overly ripe, it doesn't scream for attention but will make a really nice bottle for dinner. Jim Gordon
