The Horologist 2021 Sauvignon Blanc (Marlborough)

With a heady nose like a summer veg garden (green beans, squash flower and fresh cut grass), along with vivid lime zest, grapefruit and peach pit aromas, this is an appealing drop for the hotter months. Those same flavors are present, if more muted, on the palate, but this neatly finds balance, texture and refreshment. Christina Pickard
