The name comes from the concrete tanks used to ferment the wine, with the fruit coming from River Rock Vineyard in the Rocks District. Quite pale in color, initially subdued aromas of raspberry candy, tangerine peel and herb are followed by soft palate-coating red-fruit flavors. It's equal parts intrigue and delivery. Sean P.
