The Withers Winery 2016 Counoise (El Dorado)

This nervy, savory, light-bodied wine smells and tastes earthy, and has a light brownish color. Made with 30% whole clusters, the wine's woody, underbrush character dominates the lean fruit component, and subtle spice and mineral give it some interest. Jim Gordon
