Thomas Fogarty 2019 Razorback Vineyard Pinot Noir (Santa Cruz Mountains)

Elderberry, soy, light juniper, incense and bay leaf aromas all come through on the unique nose of this wine from vines planted back in 1986. That herbal edge of bay and pine is prevalent on the palate, as is a fresher sense of black raspberry as well. Matt Kettmann
