Muddled lemon peel, wet rock and a zesty cream aromas invite the nose into this bottling, which comes from a two-acre vineyard that was planted at 1,920 feet in 1982. The palate is incredibly grippy in texture, showing bright and fresh flavors of citrus and lychee alongside a rocky minerality. Matt Kettmann
