Three 2014 Petite Sirah (Contra Costa County)

Cellar Selection

This is a classy, dry and firmly structured wine from the warm climate and sandy soils of Contra Costa County. It has an extremely dark color, tight aromas of just-ripe fruit and black pepper, and focused, concentrated flavors of black berry and cherry. Balanced and full yet not overpowering in body, it is a great candidate for further aging. Best after 2022. Jim Gordon
