Mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, it includes 14% Cabernet Franc, which gives it some additional flavor interest. A solid, tight nose leads with cassis and new oak, along with some kalamata olive. Soft, tannic and approachable, it is smooth and coffee-flavored, with a palate-coating, satiny texture.
