Seven vineyards contribute fruit, from multiple AVAs. This is almost pure Cabernet, firm and compact, and the fruit feels a bit flat in the mouth, not vibrant or forward. Light cherry and plum, dark chocolate, and tannins that bring in streaks of earth and stem.
