This off-dry Riesling sources grapes from Willard Farms, outside of Prosser, in the heart of the Yakima Valley AVA. It's ripe and fruity with a pleasing mix of apricot, pear and Macintosh apple. The sweetness is carried well by the acids, and leaves an impression of light honey in the finish.
