Three Saints 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon (Santa Barbara County)

One of the better Cabs from this Southern California county, this displays ripe cherry, blackberry and cocoa flavors. It's polished in the mouth, with firm but easy tannins and just-right oak shadings. The finish is long and sweet.
