Tim Adams 2005 Riesling (Clare Valley)

Its dry, dusty minerality is all Clare. There's a lemon-lime core here, too, that's very pretty. This isn't a snappy, superacidic style of Riesling, which may disappoint some but please those who want a delicate white for the afternoon or just before dinner.
