Timshel 2017 Timshel Tinto Red (Paso Robles)

Very extracted aromas of blackberry syrup and cassis meet with a touch of gooey fudge on the nose of this bottling. The palate also shows extreme extraction, which also makes for hard tannins and off-kilter acidity, cutting through the prune and raisin flavors. Matt Kettmann
