Tinhof 2016 Neuburger (Leithaberg)

A wonderfully tangy note of cress and lime peel creates an unusual but very appetizing nose in this wine. The slender palate adds lemony freshness and a mineral tone reminiscent of wet pebbles. A lovely, clear-cut example of the variety, with gentle but pristine flavors and a refreshing finish. Lovely now, it's sure to round out in the coming years. Drink 2018–2026. Anne Krebiehl MW
