This is aging quite quickly, and starting to brown, although the fruit on the palate is still ultraripe, like blackberry jam. This is tempered somewhat by notes of cedar, milky coffee and dried flowers. The palate, however, is a different story. The tannins are still chewy and chunky, there's an earthy core and a long savory finish. Drink now. Christina Pickard
