Rubbery aromas of asphalt and graphite are gritty and don't seem entirely natural. In the mouth, this is tight, choppy and gravelly, with tomatoey acidity. Flavors of plum and berry fruits come with green notes and a dose of rubber, while this remains herbal and saucy on the finish. Michael Schachner
