Francine's Selection has for almost 20 years been un-oaked and this vintage is as well, but its concentration of ripe flavors gives the impression of oak, the richness of creamy fruit and slight residual sugar giving it an impression of being a bigger wine. Pair with equally creamy and rich foods.
