One of the more texturally driven white wines coming out of Paso Robles, this bottling by Stanley Barrios starts with a shy and subtle nose of yucca flower and honeysuckle. The tightly woven, grippy palate offers grapefruit peel and Meyer lemon zest, leading into a long, zesty finish. Matt Kettmann
