Torbreck 2021 The Steading Blanc White (Barossa Valley)

A blend of Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier, The Steading is highly aromatic–a sonic boom of honeyed peach, candied pear, jasmine and seashell. The slippery palate is less bombastically fruity, although the orchard fruit is present. Acidity is lifted if a bit a bit forced. A Pinot Grigio vibe, but with more weight and peachiness.
